Joy to the world, the rain is come... Let Earth receive her water... Right I just can't resist taking a dig at "Joy To The World" with what happened recently... But more of that later... Got lotsa stuff to say since 8th dec... Loads of unclassified stuff... Yeah mainly cos I was clearing leave so I had loads of free time to enjoy life to the fullest...
Well a fortnight mon ago, I got a N73!!! It is the best HP at the best price... 3.2 megapixels... It's crazy stuff... And the snake... OMG it's in 3D!!! Got Microsoft Office, Visual Radio, MP3, Flash and Acrobat Reader... It's really scintillating stuff... Then I was walking past the Istana and I saw the policemen standing on 1 leg... OMG... How SLACK can u get man? Look at the MPs there... They stand upright on 2 legs man... Hiaz so disappointed with the police... At least look like u give a damn and stand properly on 2 legs at the very least... There are so many tourists flocking around... What a bad impression our policemen give...
13th dec saw me rushing down to Marina Sq to watch VJC choir in action... Alas, I arrived too late... Well at least I had dinner with Chin leng & Gim Seng... Talked about old days... Haiz... Then 15th I went to Sim Lim to get a 2GB mini SD card for my phone... Woohoo... Then it was off to carolling with Victoria Chorale @ Biopolis... We were ushered to this music room which was next to a gym that was... Perfect... It was so futuristic seeing the Biopolis peeps inside the gym watching TV... OMG if only SAF gyms were like tt... With mini TV mobiles on their running machines... Haiz... I guess only the elitist get the good stuff... Ordinary peeps like us will have to content with gyms tt suck... TVs on the gym machines... LCDs on the gym walls... I think I'll be the most knowledgeble and fit person if I use tt gym 24/7... Come on... Daily dosage of CNN & exercise... How not to be knowledgeble and fit? As for the carolling, let's just say I took it for my 1st practice of 06... Not like the biopolis peeps care anyway... They were more interested in the food...
16th saw me returning to VJC in what, 2mths? I went for the carolling prac & combine... Realised how rusty I was... Grrr no more ring... & I can barely reach the high notes... Then in the evening I met James, Kia Jun, Ian, Gao and Wanlin to eat the famous satay beehoon at Bedok Jetty... Yup then we went for those long walks and talking about the good ol' days back in TK...
17th came with me joining VJ Choir at Marina Sq... Then I tagged along with some of the choir juniors... Funny thing is some of the yr 0s thought I was a fellow yr 0... Muhahaha my disguise worked... It's so fun fooling those "xin jiaos"... Then we went to The Pines to carol there... Chin Leng was there... And Gab C made a surprise appearance as conductor... Well it seems tt he's also rusty... Welcome to the Rusty Club as Cl would say...
18th was back to reality... Man I can't believe it... It rained and rained and rained like there was no tmr... I can vouch tt the rain started from 6 pm and didn't stop even as we left on the 19th... It rained the whole night... Suddenly Jurassic Park had waterfalls... And there were so many venomoths... Hiaz...
Today, it was raining all the way even now as I type this... When I went for driving lessons... It was totally crazy... The rain fell so hard tt the (milli)second the wiper wiped the raindrops off, twice the amount came down to take their place... Visbility on the windscreen was like 5 meters and the sidescreen was like 35? It was really scary esp when u can't see what's in front of u... Well what an experience... N to cap the day, I went for another carolling pract at marina sq... More to come soon... I can't wait!!!
