Muahahaha!!! I survived the war... And gained insights on how it's done in Hollywood... In a nutshell, it was hell of a way to waste 2 DAYS!!! For the 1st time since I dunno how long ago, I spent two consecutive nights in camp... That sucks man... I spent some time watching LOTR:ROTK before taking the last bus back to camp... Yup I am so gd... Haha... Went to the frontlines early in the morn at abt 7 plus... Yup our guys weren't needed to do anything so we waited for the main body... Luckily we were all prepared with... Reading materials!!! I whipped out my "Sum of All Fears" from my Goretex pouch... Who needs those idiotic things anyway?Yup and we all read and read and... U guessed it... Read somemore!!! I figured if I was gonna waste 2 days I would waste it with style...
After what seemed like eternity, it was time to take potshots at the enermy... I must say that I'm proud to make Tom Hanks and co proud... Practically what's that word... Trotting!!! I really pitied the rest of the peeps who dashed across the battlefield... Mostly off target... Haha as for me it was no prob acheiveing 75% accuracy cos I wasn't tired... I was totally brisk walking... A little bit of brains goes a long way...
Lunch followed by another hail of bullets followed... Then it was back to solving the case of the missing nuclear missles again... Then dinner... Then lights off for a night attack... Now we all know it's rude to interrupt someone when (s)he is reading right? So I took out my torch and continued... By the time we finished pinging the enermy with tracers, it was like 11 alr... Luckily the ride home was comfy... The SBO was a tad to hard but hey nothing's perfect in life...
The next morn was the same as the previous... Only that we finished after lunch but the bus was not scheduled to pick us till 9... Argh... Wasting time again... By the time we boarded the bus, I actually finsihed half the book... Took the las bus home from camp... At least that ended my 2 night staying in streak... Totally not going to do that again hopefully... Luckily I managed to salvage some of those wasted time... I really read so much my vision was blurred after a (hard) days work...
24 days to 07... Still no inspiration... No ideas... No strategy... Just delusions of grandeur... When will I learn? Anyway the remaining dec will be interesting... Soon I'll have my hols... Just can't wait to play Elder Scrolls IV...
Here is some food for thought... I was discussing smt with someone recently... I vaguely remember commenting about how life is so screwed up... Compared to our younger times... Where life was so good... So pure... So simple... Where we were all so naive... So full of joy... Where outcomes were certainty... Compare it to the life now... Where life is screwed up (did I just say that again?), so complicated... Where we are now keeping secrets, backstabbing, sarcrificing our lives, our time & our efforts for something which we all are too dumb to comprehend... Where life is full of sadness, of despair, of betrayal... And of course where outcomes are probability instead...(Thank God for Quantum Physics eh?) The more things we know... The more secrets we have... The more it takes a toll on our lives... Makes us more secular... More suspicious of each other... And a higher probabilty to talk behind someone's back or worse, backstab... Right it's been 3 long days and I'm really tired and confused... Perhaps I'm blabbering nonsence... Perhaps I shd just stop complaining and take it like a man...
