Pool

That is my word of the day, POOL. Today Wei Lin, Shawn and me went swimming at 8am in the morning. Luckily the sun was out so we went suntanning. My skin now is damn tan. It's all Shawn's fault his surname's Tan but he's not tan so Wei Lin and me end up suntanning with him. I think I grew a shade tanner. We then went to eat McD's breakfast and went to school for the our performance, Whisper Of The Earth.

We are so pro. Shawn had his hair dyed tan(though his skin wasn't) and wore slippers; Wei Lin wore sandals and sunglasses; I wore a Chelsea jersey and sandals and we all wore short pants but we weren't caught by any teachers! So damn lucky... The practice was short, sweet and slack. We only need to sing 5 songs, which 3 of them were carols! The 2 new songs we just sang 3 times each and that was it... The Hong Kong treble choir and the Catholic High alumni will sing 3 songs each. So slack. The best part is that we'll do a full dress tmr cos the HK choir are still on the plane... However, I must add that the Catholic High alumni is good. What's more they are a newly formed choir and there were only 12 ppl! Now I know why they trashed Tk choir flat down in the Prague competition. Their tone and placing were almost there though the pitching was not really there. Ah the soloists are damn good too. The tenor solo is none other than Jian Hao my SL. Woah he's damn pro. He reached the high notes in Ave Maria and For The Longest Time like it was no kick. I was so surprised and impressed... His falsetto also damn nice. His voice is light and bright but loud, which is something I gotta learn from him. Kudos to him! After they finished, we were dismissed.

I followed Wei Lin, Kai Wen, Eugene, Shawn and Chin Leng to eat at Parkway and then play pool. I went to a swimming pool on the morning and in the afternoon I'm playing pool. How apt... I'm very lousy in pool. Got trashed by Wei Lin and Kai Wen. Luckily it's not really ex $3.40 an hour I think cos we shared 2 tables. Anyway, I finally recorded I Dream. It's not really good though. Some parts a bit off tune and I mispronounced the words in some parts. It's actually damn sucky. Haha I'll improve on it soon when I feel like it. Ok I gotta go memorise the scores for tmr's performance. I hope we won't screw up...
