After a rather long hiatus, which was really good time spent on my various toys and doing some of my nitty gritty stuff, I am now reflecting on the events that made me realize that loads of things can change in a blink of an eye... Well let's get to the point shall we...
As usual, me being me, first up, the bad and the ugly... Life, as usual, and for some bloody hell long period of time starting from 06, sucks. Big time. Now I've been mainly quiet when my peers complained about how life sucked in Sec sch or JC... Well it's cos as much as I would have loved to agree with them, I can't... Life, no matter how bad it seemed at that point of time, didn't seem to suck... It was ok... Sometimes good even... Well now it sucks... Yep... Life sucks... Why? Cos my MP buddy is bugging out in what 28 days later? Yeah no coincidence that it's the same name as the movie... And we all are going to die 28 days later... Or become zombies... Yay... In fact... More coincidence! If I survive, I'll bug out 28 weeks later!!! Oh yeah... And this time there's no cure; everybody dies... That's what the trailer said anyway... Oh yeah I got sidetracked... Rewind to 060106... Life changed in the blink of an eye from "ok" to "sucks"... Just like that... Woah huh... For those who agree, breathe! Join the club man...
Of course there's more to it... Like how "O"s became "X"s... Just like that... In an blink of an eye, out went O and in came X... Faster than any change in fashion statement... There's more of course... Things like 1 moment I was walking, next I was on the floor, 1 moment everything in, next everything out, 1 moment I'm minding my own business, the next I'm doing loads of work etc... Especially the floor part... Lots of moments I'm on the floor... Lots of time to get acquainted... I guess u could say the floor is my good buddy by now... And that is so insulting... Feels like some wild animal...
Not forgetting to mention the good things that change in the blink of an eye too... Like one moment it was sunny, the next it was rainy (ie no training!)!!! Or perhaps one moment I'm not moving, the next I'm like 80 km/h... Cool right... Anyway my point is the bad stuff outnumber the good stuff big time... Man if only it was vice versa... Then I'll be fa la laing... Just like the nymphs of Diana... Not to mention merry minded like all creatures now... Who cares about the nice formations of those strong and sturdy soldiers... Don't need to be afraid... The enemy only knows how to attack but not defend... See that sums up what I've learnt so far...
