STJ

Sunday was STJ... I went to Cheryl's house with 3 1.5L bottles of drink in tow. Like all normal BBQs, there was the usual food and of course... The WATER BOMBS! At first we were like merrily eating... Then 1 of the juniors threw a bomb... All hell broke lose... Bong and Merd got dunked... Serena kena 5 bombs... And the juniors were bombing Alex... The guys and me who were playing cards were not spared either... Luckily the cards were plastic cos 1 stray bomb landed on the table... 10 mins of projectiles, the security guards had to come and end the war... The damage was done... No more fire, almost everything was wet. Then Reeve and co. started refilling the water bombs while the rest of us restarted the fire. Then Reeve and Chun Meng motared the juniors with water bombs... Damn accurate all the juniors kena hit(I think). Matt tried to throw 1 but it hit the roof and blew up into the girls! Madness and chaos ensued. In the end we realised that there was no point in cooking more stuff... Poor Daniel... He was like the cook and kena bombed also. Anyway after we cleared the pit, some guys went to play pool while I followed some to the KTV lounge... I sang some songs but mostly it was the girls who were singing all those girl songs like Barbie Girl and Spice Girls song... And of course there was SERENA!!! When she sings, it's just damn scary and you'll just want to cover your ears(I'm being super diplomatic!) Well, all good things must come to an end... Matt, Chun Meng, Hui Wen and me shared a cab... The driver was weird... Kept talking about 4Ds and soccer betting...

Today's choir pract was combined sectionals, Sops and Altos, Tenors and Basses. We did With A Lily In Your Hand, Pamugun and Zhu Li Guan. The sound is... super throaty and nasal... Mainly throat sound and not enough support... Other then the sound, the notes are about there... Couldn't reach the F# cos of yesterday and also cos of PE... Gab C had to scold us a couple of times... That's damn bad cos it shows our lack of committment and bad attitude... I think it's also cos of the quality of the sound...
