Carolling at Ritz part 2

Today I met Wei Lin and Shawn at HMV to see the CDs and DVDs. I saw the LOTR The Return Of The King DVD which was damn ex. However I will buy it in time to come. It is so cool... Right, Wei Lin and me then went to Ritz to carol. Other then Wei Lin having a sore throat, it was quite similar to yesterday, eating sandwiches, doing warmup and singing carols. Sadly we were not doing Gaudete... Oh well...

I stood in the 2nd row today cos the juniors didn't know the words well. I was there to "guide" them. This time I didn't give the note. Someone brought the pitch pipe to give the note instead. Well today we were weaker. We only had 6 tenors and what's more most of the seniors did not go today. Hence we were a bit weaker. More songs were flat like Jingle Bells. As usual we had a song that was sharp. This time it wasn't my fault. For Carol Of the Bells, the girl gave the note which was 3 semitones above the original note. The tenors couldn't make it on the notes above A. Really CMI!!! We did In Dulci and it was nice.

We then went to eat dinner. Wei Lin and I went to ate Burger King. However after dinner I had a stomach ache while rushing to Raffles. I couldn't take it. I had to go to the City Hall interchange toilet. By the time I came out it was 840 pm... The choir would be performing liao. Wei Lin couldn't sing cos his sore throat became worse. We deicided to go home.
