Crisis

I really dunno what to say... Wednesday's choir pract was almost as terrible as Monday's... Ok gd news... It was better cos (1) I can see some effort being made by the sops to cure their pitching probs (although they were still flat while trying...), (2) Pamugun was better during our performance, (3) The tenors are sounding more like a unit (though I suspect it's cos Marcus, Martin and Jian Hao were 60% of the tenor volume? Tt's damn high for 3 ppl), (4) Leonardo and I Thank You God are starting to sound nice, the notes are bout there (both songs are not easy to sing).

Ok back to the bad news... It was bad cos (1) Lily for our performance... 1 tone flat... Let's face it if I can reach the "A" it's probably a G... (2) Discipline... It's not there, need I say more? (3) Basses... Pitching probs for I Thank You God... ok tt's not really bad cos it's hard to get the notes but other songs, no excuse. Other sections are also included. (4) Tenors are still as aggressive as before for Lily... (5) Tenors really flat and horizontal tone... (6) External factors... Other choirs are getting better, we are stagnating...Tt's not gd esp with SYF around the corner. If Cat High can sing like tt, we shd be many times better... (7) Internal conflicts... This is not gd. We should be working together, not against each other or giving Gab a hard time... I hope we can solve these probs ASAP...
